PRINCIPLES OF RESPONSIBLE GAMING

The Responsible Gaming Principles (hereinafter referred to as the «Principles») are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and are a system of measures aimed at preventing and minimising the possible influences of the Players' participation in gambling on this website ( hereinafter referred to as the Website), which are organised by the Website owner and the service provider on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Bookmaker).  Compliance with these Principles is mandatory for the Players and the Bookmaker. By using the Website, the Player confirms that he/she has read the current version of the Principles, agrees to them and undertakes to comply with them unconditionally.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.   Responsible Gaming is one of the foundations of the Bookmaker's business operation and development. The purpose of these Principles is to protect Players from harmful influences that may be provoked by gambling.

2.   By using the Website and participating in the games offered on the Website, the Player accepts the binding nature of the Terms and Conditions, the Principles and confirms his/her obligations to strictly comply with them, in particular the obligation to use the Website only and exclusively for the purpose of participating in the Games in a personal non-professional capacity for recreation and entertainment, without considering the games as a source of income, a means of repaying debts or an alternative to employment, and also undertakes to play only for money that you can afford to lose.

PREVENTING PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 FROM GAMBLING. PARENTAL CONTROL

CONTROLLING THE GAME AND SETTING RESTRICTIONS

1.     During the use of the Website and the game, the Player is advised to control and check his/her game. If the Player feels that he/she has a problem with gambling addiction, he/she is offered to answer the following questions (more positive answers are an indicator of a more serious gambling addiction):

2.     Use the following tips to manage your gambling problems:

• Use self-restraint tools;

• Remember that this is just a game;

• Take frequent breaks or alternate gambling with other activities;

• Refrain from playing if you feel unwell, stressed or anxious;

• Refrain from borrowing money to play;

3.     Use the following restriction tools:

3.1.  Setting Game Limits - this option allows you to limit the amount of money you can deposit into your account, place bets or spend within 7 days (you can set a zero limit to avoid playing games). It also allows you to limit your ability to play specific games or within a certain period of time. The Bookmaker will not be able to accept a bet that exceeds the set limit.

3.2.  Freeze period (temporary self-exclusion) - this option allows you to exclude yourself from playing for a certain period of time, meaning that you will not be able to play any Game, place any Bets or use any other products or services on the Website, including making deposits.

3.3.  Permanent self-exclusion - this option will permanently close your account without the possibility of creating new accounts in the future, with the balance of your account being returned to you, provided that all other provisions of the Terms and Conditions are met.

4.     Restriction tools are used:

4.1. at the request of the Player sent in compliance with clause 5 of this section of the Principles;

4.2. at the request of the relevant authorities, by court order or in other cases provided for by applicable law;

4.3. at the discretion of the Bookmaker in case of suspicion of non-compliance with the Principles by the Player.

5.     Requests related to the establishment, modification and/or cancellation of any restriction tool must be submitted in writing to the Support Service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and subject to the following:

The request to increase or cancel the game limits shall take effect no earlier than six (6) months from the date of the request.

The limit reduction will take effect on the same day as the day we receive your request.

A request to self-exclude also results in all reasonable measures being taken to prevent us from sending you advertising or marketing materials.

6.     The bookmaker reserves the right to reject any request for cancellation and/or mitigation of limits, freeze period or self-exclusion at its sole discretion and without providing Player with any explanation.
